Columbus Half Marathon in Columbus, Ohio
This was a perfect race weekend! I have family that lives right downtown in Columbus and were gracious enough to host us so we could plan a fun weekend around this race. It made for wonderfully simple race-morning logistics, which I always appreciate! Alice did a great job in the fun run! Beautiful day in Columbus with family Columbus skyline at night Fireworks at the start! I spot my family! So happy to see them on the course right before the finish cheering me on! Ringing the PR Gong! I highly recommend this race, it is one of my favorites! It is well-organized, the course is flat and fast, the crowd support is incredible, supporting the Children's Hospital is emotional and meaningful. I felt well-trained and am so proud of this PR, I do not expect to beat it any time soon. Ohio complete!
